Yes, typcially the use of oral sedation or nitrous oxide will subside prior to Dr. Artaza releasing you from your appointment. However, if you do not feel comfortable driving and do not have someone with you, our office can arrange a ride for you in advance.

Yes, Dr. Artaza speaks fluent Spanish. However, we ask that Spanish speaking patients bring an interpreter so that our office staff may be able to communicate in the best way possible, insuring that all our patients at Kingsland Family Dental have the most positive office visit possible.

Yes, our office is a family practice, however, we see children who are familiar with dental settings, surroundings and procedures. Because we never turn children away and always try to accommodate to the fullest, we have a professional referral relationship with a local pediatric doctor’s in the area if a child is uncooperative.

As always, Dr. Artaza is accepting new patients and would love to meet with you and offer you a limited examination. This would help him to create a treatment plan addressing your dental concerns and would allow our office staff to schedule an appointment time and date that is convenient to your schedule.

Once our staff has welcomed you and given you a tour of our office, we will thoroughly go over your medical and dental histories and answer any and all preliminary questions about your dental concerns and insurance plan. Dr. Artaza will then meet with you you and answer any questions that you may have. We will take all necessary digital x-rays to determine the level of cleaning that you are going to need, then we will schedule you for a date and time that is convenient for you.
